What to send before scheduling

Send the vehicle’s year, make, model, full 17-digit VIN and current key status. Tell us whether you need a spare, have a working key, lost every key, or have a lock, ignition or key-detection problem. A clear photo of the current key and dashboard messages can help identify the correct system.

Coverage and service limitations

Omega estimates that its current equipment and procedures cover roughly 80% of vehicles presented, but this is not a guarantee for any particular vehicle. Support varies by model year, immobilizer generation, module condition, software access, key availability and whether all keys are lost. Some encrypted platforms, component-protection systems, damaged electronics and online-authorization procedures require additional diagnostics, special-order parts, a marque specialist or dealer involvement. Certain Volkswagen and Audi Immo4 or FAZIT-related situations are known limitations. We cannot promise universal coverage, stocked parts, immediate completion or a final price until the vehicle information is reviewed.
